BioBeing ridiculously hard to kill is so a power.
[This is a RPing journal. Claire Redfield, from Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica, is the property of Capcom. Her PB is Laura Prepon. I'm neither Claire nor Prepon.]
[Claire is a twenty-year-old American girl from mid-1999, a biker chick, a former college student, and an Army brat. In September of 1998, she survived the zombie outbreak that destroyed the American town of Raccoon City; three months afterward, while looking for her brother Chris, she was thrown into the Umbrella corporation's private prison on Rockfort Island in South America. Claire survived both experiences intact, and is trying to keep a sense of humor about them. She's not always successful.]
[Her family members are/were gun nuts and career soldiers, so Claire has inherited a thorough grounding in how to use and maintain various firearms, up to and including anti-tank weapons. She's also a halfway decent knife fighter and lockpicker, inquisitive, sarcastic, and tends to help people even if they're not interested, especially kids. Claire has an herb garden growing in the corner of the "main room."]
[She usually wears jeans, boots, and a tough leather jacket, and is never unarmed. Claire is often carrying two Browning Hi-Power Practical 9mm pistols, an old Colt .45 M1911 handgun, a 40mm M79 break-action grenade launcher, and/or an AK-47 assault rifle. She almost always has at least one of the Brownings, a survival knife in an impact sheath on over her jacket, and two or three different types of grenades (usually smoke, stun, or EMP).]
[Claire has joined a new version of STARS, put together by her brother as a unit underneath the U.S. Strategic Command, and is currently being trained as a reconaissance agent. Her technical military rank is that of Specialist.]
